I was an average joe until someone crashed into my van a few years ago.
Despite escaping with my life the doctors told me I had to strengthen my back.
At that point I had no experience at the gym, weightlifting, or anything.And definitely had no interest in shiny gyms with more mirrors than weights.So I found the strongest gym in my city.It was full of guys with power bellies who looked like Vikings. Aim
You need to understand exactly what your body needs, with a bespoke exercise plan to match. To start getting stronger immediately, the workouts should be very specific and ignore everything but strength.
Technique
I can look at every one of your lifts, in person or remotely, and give you expert feedback and personal analysis. I tell you what to change, kill the mistakes you don't know you're making, and get you lifting like a pro.
Eat
I'll give you an in-depth, accurate idea how much you should be eating, what kind of foods & supplements you'll need, and a few tips to do it on a normal budget. Because we don't care about losing weight or toning, it fuels you correctly and won't leave you hungry. That means you enjoy the workouts more and get even better results.
